Health

Health coverage here is about how care gets paid for and how the rules are written — Medicare's parts and enrollment windows, the programs that lower a premium, what a drug's label actually says, how a vaccine schedule is built around age rather than season. Sources are the institutes and agencies themselves: NIH, the CDC, the FDA, Medicare.gov. Nothing on these pages diagnoses, prescribes, or tells you whether a treatment suits you. Where a source hedges, the hedge stays in; where it lists conditions that rule a medication out, the list is reproduced in full rather than summarised, because a shortened one is worse than none. Aging changes what the paperwork asks of you long before it changes anything else, and that paperwork is what this category explains.
